You must use a Microsoft Browser (IE 7 is best), and have Active-X enabled and pop-up blockers (at least temporarily) disabled. Even if you don't know what this means you shouldn't have any problems logging in to the demo if you just accept or click "okay" for any Active-X warnings that pop up. Our system is safe, and this is a standard warning you may get at a lot of sites.
