Objective: Change your browser security setting to allow a warning to show giving you the option of accepting Microsoft .WMA files as an audio source in your browser.

Click on the "Tools" pull-down menu and then "Internet Options"

Near the bottom of the "Tools" menu you'll see this:

Once you choose that you'll see a menu like this -- click on the "Security" tab and then on "Custom Level".

After you click on "Custom Level" this menu will appear and you need to scroll down to the ActiveX section.

Once you get here you'll need to change a setting:

Step #1: YOU DO NOT NEED TO CHANGE ANY SETTINGS OTHER THAN THE ONES HIGHLIGHTED IN THESE IMAGES.

In your browser security settings make sure this control is set to "enable". All this will do is allow your browser to show you a message about the .WMA file asking you if it's okay to play it.

Go ahead and try to play the test sound in your browser again http://www.dgtraining.com/a_testsound.wma and see what happens... hopefully you'll get this warning to pop up:

If this doesn't work, then let us know and we can possibly set up a remote login session where we can view your screen.
